I’m Coco! I love to cook and try new foods, and I love sharing it with the world even more. My mom is from the food paradise of Taiwan and my dad is from the complete opposite side – Lebanon. I was able to try a lot of different kinds of foods since I was younger thanks to my heritage and because of that, recreating the dishes I tried as a child has become a full blown passion of mine.
I began the keto diet to support my husband who has very strict dietary restrictions. From then on, I began to recreate the dishes from my childhood but adding the keto twist to them. We’ve truly made lemonade out of lemons and discovered a whole new world to cultural cooking and keeping it keto friendly.
